What better way to celebrate your child’s birthday than with a Birthday Party at the Urban Ecology Center!
Whether you’re celebrating 6 or 60, we’d love to help create a memorable party for your birthday this year! With eco-fun themes that pique curiosity, you’re sure to find fun naturally at the Urban Ecology Center.
Party hosts are welcome to bring simple elements to create the party vibe of their choice:
Simple snacks, eco-friendly decorations, and gifts are welcome.
Parties are designed to accommodate 13 to 20 youth participants- based on a theme.
Dates book quickly so inquire at least 6 weeks in advance of the date of your choice!
Your Birthday Party will include:
A 75-minute party with the theme of your choice.
Programming activities are led by our fun and creative staff.
A 2.5-hour space rental space.
Free parking and access to the buildings and trails at each Center location!

Prices for Nature-Themed Parties:

Prices for Urban Adventures Parties:
$300
The price includes 10 kids, add $10 for each additional child up to 20. Participant limit: 20 children Program capacity: 25 total (adults/children combined)

- What spaces can I rent?

- For Community Programs
- Riverside Park: Community Science Lab.
- Menomonee Valley: Patio Classroom.
- How many kids can we invite?
- We have the capacity to work with 20 total kids, and 25 total humans participating in programming.
- Can parents stay?
- Parents are welcome to stay in the Center, take a walk in the park, or participate in the programming if there is enough space.
- Where do we park?
- Riverside Park: Just West of the Center in our parking lots.
- Menomonee Valley: There is free street parking where available.
- Can we bring gifts?
- Yes and please be mindful of waste.
- Can we bring food?

- Can I come early to set up?
- There are 15 minutes of setup and cleanup time built into the party reservation.
