Interest Groups
These volunteer-led groups help to expand our program offerings where the community can learn, discuss, and share ideas about relevant topics with others in the community. Most interest groups meet monthly.
Urban Adventures
We want people to get outside and be active! Our Urban Adventures programs are focused on outdoor recreational activities like canoeing, hiking, biking, rock climbing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating and more! Look for upcoming public programs on our Program & Events Calendar.
Programs for Families and Kids
Programming for kids and families is plentiful at the Urban Ecology Center! Whether you want to have a birthday party, attend a public program with your family, or send your kids to one of our Summer Camps, there is a lot for families to do!
Programs for Teens
Teens can get involved in lots of ways including joining us for a Public Teen Program, volunteering, or working for the Center as a High School Outdoor Leader.

We offer fun and engaging programs for adults. Join us for educational and recreational programs including fascinating lectures, volunteering to support the Center, or attending our annual fundraising events.
