Frogs and other amphibians are important indicators of ecosystem health, as they are very susceptible to pollutants. The Urban Ecology Center’s Community Science team has been conducting frog monitoring for over a decade throughout Milwaukee County, contributing to a larger database used by the Wisconsin DNR. You can help us monitor population trends by participating in calling surveys which begin after sunsest.
