Hitting 4 The Cycle

Here in Milwaukee we're lucky to enjoy a vast network of bike trails and routes throughout the city and beyond. Hitting 4 the Cycle is a bike ride hosted by the Brewers Community Foundation, and will take advantage of these routes while raising funds for four local non-profit organizations, including the Urban Ecology Center!

The ride will take place on Saturday, August 8th at Miller Park, and will feature four routes: 100 miles, 88 miles, 44 miles, and 22 miles. Enjoy a tailgate party after the ride, then cheer for the crew on the Brew Crew as they take on the Cardinals, included with your registration.

By participating in this event, you will be supporting the Urban Ecology Center and its mission to get kids outside and exploring nature right here in the city. You will also be able to experience both the natural and urban landmarks around Milwaukee (and Madison, if you tackle the 88 or 100 mile routes!) from the seat of your bike.

We want you to join the Urban Ecology Center team as you participate in this event! Our team will consist of staff, interns, volunteers, members, donors, friends, and YOU! The registration fee is $50, and there is a minimum $150 fundraising requirement that you can fulfill by asking your friends and family to pledge money towards the cause. In addition, there are some pretty exciting fundraising incentives for both teams and individuals! The team who raises the most money above $3000 will receive one Club Level Suite for the September 18th game against the Cincinnati Reds with beverages and food included.
