Our Annual Report is Here!

Thanks to you, there is a whole year's worth of accomplishments, discoveries, openings, stories, celebrations and learning to share in our new annual report!  But, printing it on paper and mailing it out didn't align with our goals of being good stewards of the earth and our donors' contributions...

...so we've created an engaging online report that we hope you'll enjoy!

In an easy-to-navigate online format, you can explore all the happenings of the 2011-2012 fiscal year in an electronic version which includes videos, stories, as well as a full listing of our donors, members and volunteers.  We offer our sincere thanks for your continued support that helps us connect both youth and adults to nature.

View the message below from Executive Director, Ken Leinbach.  More videos containing updates from our staff can be found in the online report.

You can also explore the report in the following ways:

  • Access this report as a PDF.
  • Request a hard copy of the report by contacting Danielle Lennie at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or at (414) 964-8505 ext. 144

Below is a quick preview of just a few things you can read about.  Visit the report to learn more!

  • Our third branch in the Menomonee Valley that brings our environmental education model to a new neighborhood.
  • The preparations for the opening of the Milwaukee Rotary Centennial Arboretum that will increase awareness and appreciation of the biological diversity found in our area.
  • Innovative programming and education to best serve our youth and adults.
  • And lots more!

We are grateful for the support of our donors, members, board directors, volunteers and community and look forward to another exciting year together.
